Central Government is going to conduct SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) exam for the posts divisional clerk, data entry operator, court clerk and postal assistant. Minimum qualification required for these posts is Intermediate (10+2). Everyone should utilise this opportunity.

Based on CHSL (combined higher secondary level) Exam   5134 posts are being filled. This Test contains three tire pattern you must qualify every tire to get through the exam. There are 2400,1900 grade A posts those candidates who are selected under grade A post salary package will be 20,000( per month) and additionally central government is providing insurance, provident fund, travel allowance. 

The candidates who are applying for this job must have passed tenth(10) and completed Inter(10+2) before 01-01-2017 and the age requirement would be 18 (by 01-01-2017).   
SC,ST candidates have age relaxation up to 5 years, OBC category candidates have age relaxation up to 6 years and PD(Physically Disabled) candidates have age relaxation  up to 10 years.
Interested Candidates can apply through www.ssconline.in website you should be able to pay the fees only through online only. OBC category male students have to pay 100/- registration fees. SC, ST and Girls (Female) have no registration fees.

Exam Pattern:
Candidate selection is done after three stage selection process. First one is TIER-I exam candidate must reach minimum cut-off marks to clear this section and after that descriptive exam will be conducted if you got through this descriptive exam candidate should write either  DEST( Data Entry Skill Test) or CPT( Computer Proficiency Test). TIER-II is only a qualifying test both TIER-I and TIER-II exams have a total of 300 marks. The Candidates who secured highest marks will get desired post.
TIER-I (Online Exam):
100 questions contain 4 parts each part contains 25 questions. Each question contain 4 options just like objective exam each correct answer will be awarded with 2 marks and for each wrong answer there will be a penalty of -0.5 marks. Candidates should complete this TIER-I exam within 75 Minutes. TIER-I exam has only English language as medium to attempt the exam but remaining exams will be in both English and Hindi medium to attempt the exam.

TIER-II( Descriptive Exam):
Letter Writing, Essay Writing, Application Writing these are the type of questions. This exam contains 100 marks. Candidates can choose English Or Hindi as a medium to attempt this exam. This exam must be completed within 60 min of time and candidate must score a minimum marks of 33 to get through this section.

TIER-III( Typing Test):
It’s an exam that should be completed within 15 minutes of time. Candidate accurate typing is examined. Candidate doesn’t required a certificate on typing. Candidate should be able to type 2000 words within 15 minutes of time. This exam is only just for qualification. TIER-I exam has preparation time up to 3 to 4 months.  Take a decent material and prepare for TIER-I and TIER-II exam and you will be able to score high marks in both the parts of exam

The Written Test have Objective Type Questions

The examination have questions in English and Hindi.Each question will be of 01 marks The subjects will be General Intelligence, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness The time allotted will be 02 hours The maximum marks will be 200 The marks deducted for each wrong answer will be cut off 0.25 marks 40 minutes extra will be provided to the Visually Impaired candidates There will be Negative Marking for each wrong answer

SSC CHSL Skill Test:The skill test will be for the post-Data Entry Operator.The candidate have the speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on Computer The time allotted will be 15 minutes.The test will be qualifying in nature.Who will qualifyed the Written Test all members passed Skill test.

SSC CHSL Typing Test: The Typing test will be for post of PA, SA & LDC The candidate have the typing test should have 35 words per minute in English The candidate must have the typing test 30 words per minute in Hindi.The time allotted will be 10 minutes

Difficulty Level of Questions:
1.      The questions will be from 12th standard.
2.      The questions will be from  Tough Level.
3.      The candidates need to practice the Quantitative Aptitude and General Intelligence

How to prepare each subject?
General Intelligence: 
Reasoning, General Intelligence, Non Verbal Reasoning, from this topics we will get 25 questions. These are the topics where candidate can score more marks easily. Number series, wrong  number series, letter series, coding, decoding, blood relations, seating arrangements, syllogism, stalemates, conclusions, assumptions, number puzzles, matric figures, mirror images, water images, complete figures and circular aptitude these are the main topics where there is probability to get more number of questions.
Candidate must utilize the given information completely and must utilise the logic and must complete the given question quickly. So candidate should practice more number of questions.
Quantitative Aptitude:
There are 25 questions in this part some questions are from data analysis and mathematics. Arithmetic and data analysis holds 15 questions, mathematics holds 10 questions. Athematic has topics like percentage, ratios, averages, profit and loss, time and work, time and distance, ages, trains and boats. LCM, HCF, areas, circles holds 3-4 questions.
In mathematics Trigonometry, Geometry, Line and segments are important candidates should prepare notes for this topics so that it will help your preparation.
English:
Many candidates face difficulty in this section. Candidate must get a good grip over grammar and reading skills to get more marks in this section. Every day candidate must read English newspaper to get a good grip over reading skills. 
·         Reading Comprehension, 
·         Fill in the blanks, 
·         Sentence Arrangement, 
·         Corrections are the topics that a candidate should concentrate more and antonyms,
·          synonyms, Articles are the topics that a candidate should practice more. Every day we must listen to English news and should practise more number of questions so that we will get a better result.

General Awareness:
·         Current affairs, social sciences are topics from which questions are being asked. So Candidate should prepare notes for these topics and should be able to memorize the topics. 
·         8,9,10 class history, geography, economy, political subjects are some of the subjects that there is more scope to ask the questions. 
·         Everyday candidate should read newspaper in that national, international, science and technological, sports, virus vaccines, information about corporate sector, important places, books and its author,  states and governor, countries and their presidents, central governments policies, capitals, currencies, these are some of the important topics that a candidate must go through and make an important note of it. 
For TIER-I and TIER-II exams candidate must prepare from the start so that he could get succeeded in this exam.
